Why do I need this solution? I have email accounts with my current provider.

The need for this solution may arise from various requirements. However, one of the main reasons why customers sign up for this solution is the ability to archive all their emails and be able to access them remotely without the need to install any software. All that is required is an Internet connection and a browser. Your current email accounts with your hosting company may have mailbox size limits which require you to constantly delete emails from their server or download them locally to your desktop.

Do I have to host with Webservio to use this solution?

What if I want all my emails to go to different email accounts while being archived?

Currently, our solution works when all emails sent to your domain are sent to one archived email account. However, if you need each individual email account in your domain name to have its own archiving account, then it can be added on for an extra charge.

Will Webservio's employees have access to my email?

No. Webservio understands that email is very critical and sensitive and hence none of our employees will be able to read your email. We take strict measures to ensure the security of your email.

Sure! Consider this scenario: Steve is a traveling salesperson and accessing his email is very important while preparing quotes for his customers and during his meetings with the clients. To close the deal with the client, Steve has to get all past communication that he had with the client. In such a situation, by using Webservio's mail archiving solution, Steve can login to our webmail using a browser and be able to view all emails that were sent between his client and himself. Viewing these emails is possible even though Steve's laptop is unusable. Our mail archiving solution does not get affected if his laptop crashes because copies of all messages are stored on Webservio's mail server where they can be accessed from any location.
