Domain
Aliasing FAQ
What
is Domain Aliasing?
Domain aliasing is the process of registering
and pointing a domain name to an already
existing hosting account.
Example:
XYZ.com is the existing, parent domain and
a customer registers and aliases YXZ.com
to that account in order to capture the
misspelling of their company name.
How
much does it cost to Alias a domain?
To alias a domain to an existing parent
domain, there is an initial $35 setup fee
and a yearly $60 fee. This includes aliasing
for your emails, too! The cost to "partial" alias
(either your hosting or email) DNS
is $34.95 per year with a $19.95 setup
fee.
